slow serviceluggage delay
I found the service to be quite slow. Upon arrival, no one met me at the entrance. It took over an hour for my luggage to reach my room. Room service experienced similar delays. In the restaurant, the service was not prompt enough for my standards.

i found the service to be slow. it took over an hour for luggage to be delivered to the room. room service also seemed slow.
